Rose Fletcher started DREAMANAGER, Inc. to share and scale her success with other agents and brokers.
Rose has exclusively operated her first San Diego brokerage, Fletcher Properties, Inc., on her revolutionary 5-Star System since January 2018. FPI has established ongoing relationships with hundreds of accredited investors from all over the world; investors who trust Rose with the administration of their real property financial instruments. These relationships grow stronger by the year, delivering extraordinary financial results.
As a young woman in her 20s, in 1998, Rose ventured from China to the United States to pursue an MBA in finance, which she received from Clark University. Seared in her memory are the days when she waited tables, trudging home at midnight in the snow along streets filled with homeless people. Nights spent worrying about how she would pay the rent made her stronger and more determined.
After graduation, Rose spent 15 years in corporate finance, most recently as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis leading teams in San Diego and Dallas. Ultimately, Rose prioritized being a mom, getting into real estate full time.
Thousands of San Diego real estate agents look forward to receiving Rose’s popular monthly newsletter in which she shares her many humorous insights about her real-world business adventures.
Rose practices yoga, dances four times a week for two hours, and is a proud UCSD mom. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and speaks enough Spanish to get her in trouble!
E. Pratt Whitney is a serial entrepreneur and much sought-after corporate strategist. He has 40 years of experience:
• Restructuring Professional Service Industries• Bootstrapping Clean Sheet Enterprises• Establishing and Implementing Mass Customized Relationship Management & Direct Marketing Models
In 1996, two years before Google, and as a co-founding member of AIRS®, Whitney co-created his first dot com, revolutionizing the corporate recruiting industry. For the next three years, he toured America’s boardrooms and ballrooms, running his mouth for nine hours straight, regularly bringing in upwards of $50,000 in a single day. Thought leaders from Microsoft, Oracle, Apple, Disney and most of the Fortune 500 embraced Whitney’s system for using the Internet to gather and leverage competitive intelligence on behalf of their human capital initiatives. AIRS® was acquired by ADP® and is still in business.
In 1999, Whitney launched THELAWNET Corporation, which he has since led to more than 90 consecutive profitable quarters. For decades, attorneys, law firms, judges, courts, governmental instrumentalities and indigenous nations have trusted TLN to provide them with comprehensive access to the law via a single intuitive interface.
Whitney introduced database syndication to the multi-billion dollar legal research space. TLN’s signature software, “Equalizer 7”, democratizes legal services by providing affordable systems that make legal research fast, easy, comprehensive and inexpensive for workaday lawyers and their clients on Main Street USA.
Since 2018, Whitney has been exclusively immersed in securing the future of hometown real estate agents and brokers, who face unprecedented challenges from Silicon Valley robots and iBuyers. It all started in January 2018, when Whitney was brought in to coach-up a San Diego real estate brokerage. That led to the creation of DREAMANAGER’s 5-$tar $ystem (5$$).
DREAMANAGER Partners and the individual residential investor class they serve, are empowered with predictable, recurring monthly income, enhancing their lifestyle and freedom.
Whitney’s sense of humor has been central to his success as an entrepreneur who communicates at the highest level. His creative writing, speaking, production and development skills have been showcased on Robert McKee’s Storylogue alongside Steven Pressfield (author, “The Legend Of Bagger Vance”), Ed Saxon (producer, “Silence of The Lambs”), Zak Penn (writer, “X-Men”), Paul Haggis (writer, Best Picture Oscar winners, “Crash” and “Million Dollar Baby”) and Sarah Treem, (Writers Guild Award Winner, “House Of Cards”). In 2011, Whitney was honored to share the cover of Story Magazine with Drew Carey & Russell Brand.
From 2007-2013 Whitney toured his autobiographical political dramedy, “Fool For A Client” on the North American Independent Theatre Circuit, where he won Best Solo Awards at performing arts festivals in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Minneapolis, Boulder, and Washington, D.C.
In 2015, Whitney crafted and delivered a corporate keynote for Toastmasters International called: “Bring Your Show: The Art & Business Of Humorous Speaking”. After finding the video online, Dnanjaya Hettiarachchi, the 2014 World Champion of Public Speaking, commented: “If there is one video I could recommend to you, to get the real essence of public speaking, Bring Your Show would be it!”
Arlen Greer is the lead developer and architect of THE TANK, the first marketing and management platform specifically designed to be compliant with the CA Department of Real Estate and the many state and local tenant protection laws and ordinances.
In the early 2000s, as an early adopter of “Ruby on Rails,” Arlen was the lead developer for THELAWNET Corporation’s Subscriber Management System. As a standalone, web-connected app residing on the local device, THELAWNET’s flagship application, Equalizer 7, was 15 years ahead of its time. Today, conceptually similar apps are ubiquitous in the iTunes Store and Google Play. But, in those days in the legal profession, such configurations were unheard of. In the absence of Arlen’s vision and execution, THELAWNET, as it has been used and appreciated by attorneys from coast-to-coast, probably would not have been sustainable.
DREAMANAGER is not Arlen and Ed’s first rodeo as a team. Together they created the hardware and software infrastructure for Biosurplus, which has since enjoyed exponential bi-coastal growth.
Arlen has helped take three companies from their initial start-up phase to mezzanine-level, self-sustaining, revenue-generating enterprises. One of his start-ups, iDriveonline, was acquired by a larger company and went on to consistently perform as one of that organization’s most successful divisions.
Arlen received his computer science training at Rice University in Houston, TX. He is passionate about supporting public libraries and innovative educational initiatives.
Ed Korkuch has been involved in the growth and acquisition of multiple organizations. In his role as fractional CTO/CIO, he is responsible for tech infrastructure, development, and information security. As Managing Partner of San Diego’s Versa Computing, on Ed’s watch, Versa has grown at a rate of 40% year-over-year for the past ten years. Like Arlen, Ed’s business relationship with Mr. Whitney has deep roots, reaching back nearly fifteen years.
Ed led the information systems and security strategy, customer service/support, and infrastructure execution to scale a financial services company from twelve employees locally, to 1200 employees nationally. The six year effort Ed managed, included multiple complex transactions, including the purchase and merger of a 400 person competitor, the subsequent acquisition by a Fortune 500 company, and, finally, a 500 person managed buyout.
In 2008, Ed was the lead developer of THELAWNET Corporation’s Equalizer 7 for Mac, a web-connected, desktop app used by lawyers from coast-to-coast.
DREAMANAGER is not Ed and Arlen’s first rodeo as a team. Together they created the hardware and software infrastructure for Biosurplus, which has since enjoyed exponential bi-coastal growth.
Ed holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University. In his “spare time,” Ed enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and three young children, coaching their various soccer teams, and hopping in the ocean to catch a few waves.
Christopher S. Whitney purchased his first San Diego home in 2008, when he was just 21. Christopher did this with money he saved from selling his world famous, do it yourself, XBox Repair Kit on EBay. In total, Christopher has owned three residential properties and one commercial property, all in San Diego County. Christopher also founded, owned and operated one of the largest Amazon reselling companies in the nation. (In the Top 500 out of 2M stores). Christopher was years ahead of the curve in establishing a strategic backchannel link with Costco, which authorized him to resell certain of their items on Amazon.
Christopher spent many years as a competitive figure skater, and he has a box of his own gold medals to show for it. Christopher trained with Olympic Gold Medalist, Michael McGean and Olympic Bronze Medalist, Yuri Ovchinnikov. He has shared the ice show stage with many national and Olympic champions, including three-time national champion, Michael Weiss. Chris lives in Carmel Valley with his girlfriend and their cats. Says Dreamanager co-founder, E. Pratt Whitney, “I am not just saying this because he is my son. But, when we recruited Chris to join the company, I feel like we drafted Tom Brady, Chris is a systems guy who makes everything better for his clients.”
